A spacious comfy room in the center of Brussels

I am subletting my spacious room in a 3 bedroom apartment in the center of Brussels /Rogier/ as I will be going on an Erasmus abroad.

The sublet is from the 1ST SEPTEMBER to 31ST JANUARY. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and organized to take over my beautiful room until I come back from Erasmus! My flatmates are very nice friendly respectful people, one French girl and one Italian guy who are young professionals.

We have the perfect balcony and kitchen (it looks like you are in the Central Park in New York at night from our balcony). Having brunch with my flatmates on our balcony on Sunday morning is the best thing! Washing machine is also included, and you will share the bathroom with one person.

Rent: all inclusive €760/per month + deposit is 2 months rent

It is 3 mins walk to Rogier metro station, 3 mins walk to Carrefour and Delhaize, 12 mins walk to KU Leuven Brussels Campus, and 3 minutes to Noord Station(it takes 20 min to reach Leuven Campus by train).
