Hello! I am subletting my room in  King Upkot (Brussels 1000, Rue Royale 119, 5th floor) for 2026 September- 2027 Feb, as I am leaving for Erasmus exchange!

The agreement is validated by the student residence itself so there is no risk associated.

King Upkot is one of the best student residences in Brussels, with outstanding location: 10 minutes walk from the KUL campus, next to metro lines 2-6 and tram 92-93. The room is approx. 20sqm with its own private bathroom, toilette with a shared kitchen that is the perfectly place to make new friends.

The location is also amazing given that it’s close to really good restaurants and bars.

Besides you will have access to the building’s common areas (study room, gym, game room, laundry, garden with BBQ) as well. There is an Upkot coach and Upstudents that are always available if you want to reach them in case of a question

I have many items (mattress, chair, cutlery, utensils, shelves etc.), I can leave them here for you.. The price is 718 all inclusive.
