JP Minckelersstraat

Hey everyone

We are looking for a temporary roommate for 1 to 2 months (May + June) for this nice cohousing in the center of Leuven!

The room is immediately available and is located at the end of the JP minckelersstraat in Leuven (near the Vaart). A 10-minute walk from Leuven station and a 10-minute walk from the Oude Markt. In addition, bakers, the Action, the Colruyt, the Diestsestraat and the Bondgenotenlaan are really close by.

You live with me and two other guys. We are 25 and 26 years old.

Our common areas consist of a living room, kitchen, two separate toilets, bathroom, hall, basement, attic, laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a garden. The room that is available is located on the ground floor and is not furnished.

The rent is €560 per month, of which €430 rent and approximately €130 fixed costs (water, gas, electricity, cleaning lady, fastest internet from Proximus, …). The rent price is negotiable. Pets are also not allowed.
