3-Month Sublet – Bright Room in Molenbeek, near Ribaucourt – 550€ TTC

y flatmate’s room will be available from early January, and I’m looking for someone to sublet it for three months ( flexible date ).

The apartment is spacious and quiet, located in a back courtyard. It has two bedrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen, and a big terrace.

The bathroom features a very large bathtub, and the toilet is separate. Fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

The space is unique, with old wooden details, high ceilings, lots of character, and a positive atmosphere.

The room is €550 per month, all bills included, available until the end of March.

Payment: one month rent + one month deposit.

About the flatshare:

• You will live with Claartje (22, speaks English, German, and Dutch) and me, Nathaniel (31, speaks English and French). I’ll only be around occasionally, between my travels.
• The apartment is calm and perfect for remote work. We are both graphic designers and spend a lot of time on our computers. Our lifestyle is quiet and home-centered: early to bed, early to rise, non-smokers, flexitarian cooking.
• We enjoy sharing meals, cooking together, reading, listening to music, going to the cinema and theater.
• The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the city center, in a lively and popular neighborhood.
• The flat is queer-friendly, animal-free, warm, and bright. We care about cleanliness, order, and calm. Everyone contributes a little to keep the energy positive, the plants watered, and the atmosphere pleasant.
• We don’t have cats, but there are cats in the building, so it’s better not to be allergic.

Available as soon as possible, for 3 months starting from January 1st!
