ROOM (DUPLEX) AVAILABLE FOR MID AUGUST – MID SEPTEMBER
I am renting out my (furnished) room in the summer because I am gone. It is a spacious duplex with a couch, TV and private mini-fridge.
Location: Kapucijnenvoer, 149
Room: All furniture in the photos will remain. Including TV with Wii console, mini-fridge, queen-size bed, couch, cupboards.
Sanitary: shared sanitary facilities and bathroom (but roommates are also mostly gone during the summer)
Kitchen: shared kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher
Price: €480 for the one month
